Whole house renovation that required the interior to be demoed back to the framing. Removal of several interior bearing walls which opened up the floor plan for a more modern feel. The existing screened in porch was converted to the dining room which is lined with windows. Additional updates included all new mechanical systems, new bathrooms and a new kitchen.
